Junior Trust & Company Administrator

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Trust and Company Administrator to join their private wealth and corporate services team. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, managing a variety of arrangements, including complex cases. Job Duties: 

  • Assist in the set-up and administration of trusts and companies.
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries, and government authorities via telephone and written correspondence.
  • Draft minutes, resolutions, and documents for both routine and complex transactions.
  • Maintain and update statutory records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct annual reviews of all entities in the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in ad hoc project work as required.


Job Requirements: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good numeracy and proficiency in computer applications.
  • A positive and proactive “can-do” attitude.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
