High Level Trainee Fund Administrator

Our client is seeking a strong candidate with office or similar experience to join their Fund Administration team as a High-Level Trainee Fund Administrator. This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fund administration while studying towards a professional qualification. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day administration of venture capital fund clients, including management companies and associated fund vehicles, under the guidance of a manager. This position is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation of office experience who are looking to advance their career in fund administration.

Job Duties:

• Support all aspects of fund client administration, including venture capital funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles.
• Process fund operations, including inputting payments, preparing receipt packs, and managing investor changes.
• Maintain accurate investor and fund records in the relevant systems.
• Assist with company secretarial matters, including preparing minutes, board packs, and reports.
• Handle ad-hoc client requests and provide project support as required by the team.

Job Requirements:

• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and problem-solving.
• A commitment to learning and undertaking professional studies as part of the trainee programme.
• English and maths GCSEs (or equivalent) are essential.
• A-level qualifications are preferred.
• Some office-based experience or equivalent is highly beneficial.
