Our client is looking for two Finance Analyst to support the management of the Group’s Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Business Partner reporting. This full-time role is essential in ensuring robust financial operations across the organisation while maintaining financial integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, audit activities, and process improvement initiatives, contributing to the company's strategic and commercial objectives.
Job Duties:
- Deliver part of the Group’s Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring efficient operations and strong vendor and customer relationships.
- Assist with the Group’s Accounting and Business Partnering function.
- Prepare business partnering packs for review, providing a financial decision-making basis for financial reporting and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Support the external audit process by resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and other relevant financial standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tax compliance matters within the remit.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders within business units, across Europe, and with European management.
- Propose and support the implementation of process standardization and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and finance transformation activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager in line with business requirements.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of general accounting experience, preferably outside of audit. Experience in the eGaming or financial services industries is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in financial operations or accounting across multiple jurisdictions is desirable.
- Knowledge of multiple accounting packages or ERPs is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
