Senior Administrator, Global Funds

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Global Funds team in Douglas, Isle of Man. This is a full-time position, offering a hybrid working model and flexible hours. The role involves providing day-to-day administration for a portfolio of clients, including fund administration tasks, client reviews, and compliance activities. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Liaise and communicate accurately with investors and professional advisors to manage and administer fund clients.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks associated with client portfolios and assist team members as required.
  • Set up and maintain accurate records for client entities.
  • Prepare periodic client reviews and follow up on outstanding action points.
  • Complete internal compliance documentation and maintain accurate record-keeping systems.
  • Develop professional relationships with intermediaries and clients while ensuring high standards of client care.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of KYC policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain investor records on internal systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Undertake any other duties as required for the role.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Hold or be willing to work towards a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICSA, STEP).
  • Broad knowledge of trust and company administration; knowledge of accounting, investment, or funds is preferable.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong academic background and IT proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, flexible, and dedicated, with attention to detail.
  • Drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
