Compliance Administrator

Our client, an independent and international service provider, is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance and knowledge of CSP/TSP operations. This role will involve assisting the compliance team with daily activities and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

 

Job Duties:

  • Support the compliance team with administrative tasks and regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance records, ensuring accurate documentation and filing.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and submissions.
  • Conduct due diligence and KYC checks for new and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the team’s adherence to current standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide compliance guidance and support.
  • Identify and escalate any potential compliance risks or issues.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of compliance principles and processes.
  • Familiarity with CSP/TSP operations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
