Office Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week. The hours are flexible, though consistency on the same days each week is required. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations, including customer communication, ordering, and assisting the sales team. Convenient out-of-town parking is available.

 

Job Duties:

  • Uploading customer information to register machinery.
  • Managing day-to-day ordering requirements.
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Booking in machinery for repair and maintaining accurate records.
  • Creating and updating job sheets while keeping customers informed.
  • Supporting the sales team with various projects and administrative tasks.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
