Systems Integration Architect / Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Architect/Manager to join their Jersey-based Technology team. This group-wide role is critical in designing and implementing interconnected business systems, enhancing data quality, and driving automation solutions to improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration, data engineering, and business intelligence, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders across jurisdictions and business lines.

 

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with business and Technology teams to design and implement system integrations, reducing data duplication and improving efficiency.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop the data strategy, enhance business intelligence reporting, and improve data quality using modern data warehousing and interfacing technologies.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent migration of systems and data between platforms, engaging stakeholders and aligning with business objectives.
  • Identify automation opportunities with internal teams and external suppliers, deploy solutions, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist business teams in adopting and embedding new applications, optimising processes to leverage system benefits.
  • Document, test, and manage changes through the change management process, ensuring stability, robustness, and support for systems and interfaces.
  • Provide 3rd-line technical support for systems and share knowledge with the Technology team.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in application integration, system interfacing, and process automation.
  • Proficiency with integration tools and technologies such as APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Experience with automation platforms, including RPA and workflow automation tools.
  • Strong background in business system support, system integration, data engineering, and business intelligence development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across jurisdictions.
  • Self-motivated and organised, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
