Office Support

Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised professional to join their team as Office Support. This is a full-time position that includes Saturday working. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering the highest level of customer service, supporting clients throughout their property journey with efficiency, friendliness, and expertise.

Job Duties:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails
  • Answer telephone calls and handle enquiries professionally
  • Liaise with vendors and purchasers, building strong client relationships
  • Carry out general office and administrative tasks
  • Maximise opportunities to promote the full range of services

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in estate agency is desirable but not essential
  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer care
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong local knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to handle objections and influence decisions positively
