Our client is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join their Registry team as a Registry Business Support Officer. This full-time, permanent position is based in Jersey and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on key strategic initiatives, business planning, and service enhancements. The role provides a unique blend of administrative support, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to regulatory effectiveness and service excellence.
Job Duties:
- Provide high-quality support to the Registry Business Manager and Registry Senior Leadership Team
- Assist with the delivery of the Registry business plan and divisional strategy
- Maintain and improve external guidance and website content to support customer service delivery
- Support the preparation, analysis and reporting of management information and performance data
- Assist in designing and maintaining internal training materials, communication tools and team resources
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices across the Registry
- Act as a point of contact for communications and content enhancements, representing the organisation externally
- Contribute to continuous improvement and service initiatives across the division
Job Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Analytical skills with an interest in performance reporting and data interpretation
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
- Experience in process improvement, communications or analytics is desirable
- A positive attitude with a commitment to improving customer and colleague experiences
