Our client is seeking a Risk & Compliance Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will support the Risk & Compliance function by ensuring the business operates in line with regulatory obligations and internal governance frameworks. You will play a key part in maintaining policies, monitoring activities, and supporting the wider compliance infrastructure.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Risk & Compliance team
- Assist in analysing changes to laws and regulations and assessing their impact on policies and procedures
- Help maintain, review, and update risk and compliance policies and procedures
- Manage the compliance mailbox and ensure timely responses
- Attend Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Committee meetings, taking notes and drafting minutes
- Assist in enhancing the Compliance Monitoring Programme and executing monitoring tasks
- Prepare reports based on monitoring activities and identify findings
- Maintain various compliance registers including complaints, gifts, breaches, and losses
- Review and action sanctions notices and other relevant regulatory notifications
- Generate and review monthly compliance reports and follow up on outstanding matters
- Support ad hoc risk and compliance projects as required
- Represent the business professionally, promoting its services and values
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in dealing with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while following clear instructions
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a risk or compliance role is advantageous
- Willingness to work towards an International Compliance Association qualification
