Customer Service & Purchasing Assistant

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Purchasing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, with both part-time and full-time hours available. This varied role involves supplier management, customer support, stock control and general administration duties. Based near the airport, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills looking to contribute to a growing and supportive working environment.

Job Duties:

  • Manage supplier relationships, including ordering stock, chasing deliveries and negotiating deals
  • Support customer service with enquiries relating to orders and products
  • Reconcile purchase orders and invoices
  • Add and update products using the content management system (CMS)
  • Compile reports and maintain spreadsheets
  • Provide general administrative support to the Supervisor
  • Carry out Amazon CMS administration

Job Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident working with Word, Excel and general computer systems
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Strong numerical skills
