As an Operational Permanent Controls Officer you will undertake a reporting and monitoring role with regards to all aspects of operational risks / controls, under the guidance of an experienced line manager. You will be responsible for updating and writing the Key Surveillance Points to an acceptable standard, recording and logging operational incidents, analysing operational incidents and complaints in order to establish where errors have occurred, and recommend appropriate courses of action, as well as reporting internally and externally the risk status of the applicable entity by way of the Operational risk reporting. This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial services environment, with the ability to compile a report in a clear and structured format. This is a temporary role for a period of 6 months.
