We are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Jersey recruitment team on a permanent and full-time basis. The overall purpose of this role will be to manage a varied portfolio of candidates looking for employment and to provide a recruitment service, at a professional level, to a vast range of successful businesses across Jersey. The duties within this role will be varied and will include interviewing, shortlisting and selecting candidates for the clients’ job opportunities, liaising with candidates and clients on a daily basis via telephone, email, video link and face to face for meetings, to discuss new vacancies, interviews, job offers and various other recruitment related matters. For this role we require a person with a friendly demeanor, team working attitude, pro-active and organised approach to work, and excellent customer service / client relationship management skills from within the financial services industry.
