Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to support the Senior Managers in the management and administration of open-ended investment fund structures. Job Duties:
- Prepare and review all client deliverables and reports.
- Address a range of client queries.
- Review and approve subscription and redemption requests.
- Prepare and review bookkeeping for a variety of funds, including posting all cash transactions.
- Prepare and review calculations of dividends payable on the funds.
- Prepare and review the calculation and payment of fees payable by the funds.
- Prepare and review net asset value (NAV) calculations.
- Input and approve payments using online banking systems.
- Assist with or review AML and due diligence requests, recording information accurately.
- Prepare information requests to be included in board packs.
- Provide training and mentoring to colleagues.
- Support the Senior Manager with tasks and responsibilities.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Significant practical experience in fund administration.
- Relevant professional qualification advantageous, such as CGI (ICSA) or ACCA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
- A team player who is also able to work unsupervised.
