Our client is seeking a Private Banker to manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients, family offices, and professional clients. This full-time role involves working closely with various departments to ensure a seamless client experience and generate new business opportunities. Job Duties:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of HNW clients, family offices, and professional clients.
- Introduce and promote the bank's services, including current and savings accounts, FX, debit cards, real estate and Lombard lending, investment trading, and asset finance.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and excellent service delivery.
- Generate leads and referrals to internal business partners and wealth referrals to strategic partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance client service and business development.
- Provide tailored financial solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct annual and periodic risk reviews and monitor transactions.
- Organise and attend bank and industry events.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks and manage related projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry qualification (e.g., CFP, IAD, STEP).
- Proven experience managing HNW clients, family offices, and professional clients.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Knowledge of lending parameters and products to generate lending opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Good understanding of the local Jersey marketplace, including residents, businesses, and industries.
