Job Duties:
- Assist clients (authorised persons, regulated entities, lawyers, and the general public) with enquiries related to registry services, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain registry databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on registry-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Work closely with IT and senior members of the team to support system upgrades and data integrity initiatives.
- Perform background checks and vetting processes on individuals and entities to assess risk levels and compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- A self-driven individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate decision-making skills.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is beneficial.
