Tax Reporting Administrator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join their Tax Reporting team, managing various tax regimes in line with governmental requirements and internal procedures. This full-time role focuses on assisting with FATCA and CRS reporting, client record reviews, and maintaining accurate electronic and permanent records. The Tax Reporting Administrator will work closely with the Relationship Management and Accounting teams to ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS requirements. Click here to read more

Job Duties: 

  • Assist with preparing annual FATCA and CRS reports for submission to government authorities
  • Conduct ongoing remediation of CRS and FATCA clients as needed
  • Review electronic client records regularly to identify potentially reportable clients or changes in circumstances
  • Ensure customer electronic and permanent records are accurately updated and maintained
  • Stay updated on evolving FATCA and CRS requirements and apply knowledge to processes
  • Collaborate with Relationship Management and Accounting teams to address FATCA and CRS queries
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned


Job Requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of client KYC/CDD requirements
  • Ability to work independently, producing accurate output under tight deadlines
  • Efficient workload prioritisation skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration
