Tax Analyst

Our client is seeking a motivated Tax Analyst to join their growing Operations team. This role supports the Tax Associate Director in managing international tax compliance, including FATCA/CRS reporting and maintaining tax records. The successful candidate will also contribute to tax automation initiatives and business efficiencies. Job Duties:

• Assist in preparing annual FATCA/CRS reporting for the business.
• Maintain and manage tax records, particularly for FATCA/CRS and Economic Substance.
• Provide FATCA/CRS compliance support to various financial institutions.
• Support international tax compliance for managed companies and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Client Administrators and Managers to address gaps in tax risk compliance processes and ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Participate in tax projects, including compliance automation and BEPS compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving the organisation’s wider strategic goals by supporting tax-related business development.

Job Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of corporate, fund, and trust structures.
• Basic understanding of FATCA/CRS rules, economic substance, and international tax compliance processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to engage at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Motivation to learn and develop within the tax compliance field.
