Job Duties:
- Manage job listings and monitor incoming applications through the applicant tracking system.
- Build strong relationships with partners, directors, hiring managers, and agencies.
- Handle queries related to the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define vacancy requirements, job descriptions, and approvals.
- Create and publish job adverts, using various platforms to maximise reach.
- Source and connect with qualified candidates.
- Screen and shortlist applicants, progressing them through the recruitment pipelines.
- Manage employment offers, including negotiating terms and finalising contracts.
- Represent the organisation at job fairs and career events.
- Perform other ad-hoc recruitment and administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- A problem-solving, results-driven approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Diplomatic, friendly, and team-oriented.
