Administrator, Treasury and Structured Product Operations

Our client is seeking an Administrator within their Treasury and Structured Product Operations team to deliver efficient and compliant treasury services, including structured products, treasury support, and funding activities. This full-time role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to maintain high levels of customer service. Job Duties: 

  • Assist in updating portfolio analysis with monthly indices and exchange rates.
  • Process all static data, account openings and closings, and associated maintenance accurately.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to operations management.
  • Manage the processing of fixed-term deposits for clients received via Relationship Managers or the Contact Centre.
  • Monitor Nostro account balances to ensure sufficient funding.


Job Requirements: 

  • Secondary education, A Levels or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Banking is advantageous.
  • 1-4 years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures effectively.
  • Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in query resolution and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Technical understanding of banking processes, liquidity management, and continuous improvement practices.
