Our client is seeking a Temporary Client Reviewer for a 3-month contract within their Compliance Team on a full or part-time role. Job Duties:
- Conduct reviews of client records under the risk-based monitoring programme, recording findings and remedial actions in the automated review system.
- Escalate significant issues to the Compliance Manager.
- Perform spot check reviews of procedures or processes as directed by the Compliance Manager, documenting and reporting findings.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss workloads, share ideas, and encourage best practices.
- Assist with relevant tasks and projects as required by the Compliance Manager.
- Support the Compliance Manager with information preparation for quarterly board meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by attending relevant courses.
- Carry out other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least five consecutive years of experience in a trust administration role.
- Knowledge and experience in a compliance role within a fiduciary function (beneficial but not essential).
- Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels.
- Effective organisational and planning abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
