Temporary People & Culture Business Partner - 6 months

Our client is seeking a proactive and resourceful People & Culture Business Partner to join their People and Culture team on a full or part-time base for a period of six months. This diverse, generalist role encompasses all aspects of the employee life cycle while supporting key projects aligned with the organisation’s growth strategy. Job Duties:

  • Managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Providing best practice advice to local Managing Directors and Directors.
  • Guiding People Managers on all aspects of employee relations.
  • Supporting the establishment of initiatives such as wellbeing, CSR, and diversity and inclusion committees.
  • Reviewing global policies and processes, recommending improvements and efficiencies.
  • Implementing projects that align with the People Strategy and other initiatives.
  • Assisting in the review of global benefits packages.
  • Advising employees on staff benefits, policies, and the Employee Handbook.
  • Supporting the integration of the organisation’s core values into everyday practices.
  • Assisting with payroll as needed.
  • Performing any additional duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the role and team.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven HR experience as a generalist practitioner.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and comfortable using technology to optimise work practices.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Effective problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work flexibly.
  • Capability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
