This role is pivotal in supporting the business to achieve its continued delivery of excellent client service to Financial Intermediary clients with their day-to-day banking requirements. The successful candidate will be inquisitive, innovative, and keen to expand their skills to deliver an exceptional client experience, particularly in general banking and execution-only custody services. Responsibilities include challenging current processes and procedures, suggesting improvements, and maintaining necessary controls.
