Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team on a permanent full-time basis, to help grow the business in Guernsey. You will be able to maintain and run a pop-up shop including: advising and serving customers, moving and replenishing stock, including stock take, handling cash and card transactions, as well as introducing, negotiating, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment. Our client is seeking an Administrator, Dealing & Settlements to join their pro-active and friendly team on a temporary 7 month contract. Responsibilities will include daily dealing and settlements processes such as the creation, placement and settlement of trades, set up and maintenance of assets, funds broker records and policyholder investment portfolio records. You will also complete money matching, handle asset re-registrations, investigate and resolve stock reconciliation queries, maintenance of policy holder portfolios and timely application of transactions.
