Our client is seeking a customer service-oriented Trainee Service Delivery Administrator to join their team, on a permanent basis, to provide first line support. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and deal primarily with clients, engineers and internal staff. Service Desk duties involve answering the phone, responding to emails, logging, allocating, chasing, updating and closing calls, chasing time sheets and missing time, scheduling workloads, updating clients, producing various statistics and invoicing. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
