Gregg is an experienced recruitment professional with over 10 years’ experience supporting employers and candidates across Jersey, with sector exposure including finance, construction, and hospitality.
Much of Gregg’s career has been spent working within public-sector recruitment programmes, where he supported individuals back into employment, managed employer relationships across multiple industries, and contributed to large-scale employment initiatives and assessment processes. His experience includes working closely with a wide range of stakeholders and supporting candidates with varied backgrounds and needs.
In addition to his public-sector experience, Gregg has also worked within agency recruitment environments, supporting both permanent and senior-level appointments and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from interview through to placement.
Gregg is known for his approachable manner, clear communication style, and practical approach to recruitment. He focuses on building strong working relationships and delivering effective recruitment support that meets the needs of both clients and candidates within the local market.
