Jodie Baker is a Director and Senior Executive Recruiter at Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency, with over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. She has been involved in the business since its establishment in Guernsey in 2005, and now works across Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man.
Jodie works closely with clients and candidates, providing recruitment support across financial services and other sectors, including senior and executive-level appointments. Her approach is practical and relationship-led, with a focus on understanding requirements and delivering appropriate recruitment solutions.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a BA (Hons) in Recruitment Practice, and is a Fellow of the REC (FREC). Jodie values professionalism, confidentiality, and aims to support both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
