Laura Allison,MIRP (DipRP) is a highly experienced recruitment professional with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She began her career in finance in 2000, working within a private clients environment, where she gained valuable exposure to banking, private equity, fund administration, trust administration, regulatory law, and accounts.
Laura moved into recruitment in 2002 and has since worked across the full recruitment lifecycle, from junior administration roles through to senior executive and director-level appointments. Her approach is both strategic and relationship-driven, ensuring long-term value for clients and candidates alike.
Laura is fully qualified, holding both a Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice from the REC, and is a Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP). She is passionate about delivering tailored recruitment solutions and providing trusted market advice within Guernsey.
