Sarah Milling, BSc (Hons), CIPD is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in executive-level recruitment, supporting both clients and candidates across Jersey.
She works closely with candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey - from initial registration and interview preparation through to offer stage - guiding and advising them to ensure their skills and experience are well-matched to suitable opportunities. Sarah understands that changing roles can feel daunting and is known for her calm, supportive approach, helping to make the process as smooth and positive as possible.
On the client side, Sarah has built excellent working relationships with local businesses, gaining a strong reputation for understanding their employment requirements and delivering effective recruitment solutions. Her role also encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including training and mentoring colleagues, delivering careers programmes, advertising, networking, and participating in radio and television interviews.
Sarah holds the Certificate of Personnel Practice (CIPD) and the City & Guilds Level 3 in Training and Education, and regularly undertakes further training to stay up to date with local legislation and recruitment best practice. She also brings strong IT skills, with experience across Microsoft applications and specialist recruitment systems and databases.
Outside of work, Sarah is actively involved in fundraising for local charities and enjoys contributing to the wider community - something that reflects her people-focused approach both professionally and personally.
