Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and personable Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities. This senior-level role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and substantial professional experience.

Job Duties: 

  • Develop and implement strategies to win new business across corporate sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and door-to-door sales to secure partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets, with an uncapped commission scheme based on results.
  • Meet KPI targets to align with the organisation’s growth objectives.
  • Explore and capitalise on opportunities in online video marketing and radio sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and optimise approaches.

Job Requirements:

  • Significant experience in corporate sales and client-facing roles, including door-to-door sales.
  • Strong telesales background, with a willingness to engage directly with new prospects.
  • Proven ability to develop and close business deals.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and highly money-focused.
  • Substantial life experience; this role is unsuitable for graduates or school leavers.
  • Bonus: Experience in online video marketing or radio sales.
