Business Analyst, Change Department

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their Change Department. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining business cases, gathering and documenting business requirements, and providing analytical support for software development, testing, data migration, and upgrades. Job Duties: 

• Define business cases to support organisational improvements and efficiencies.
• Elicit and document detailed business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
• Provide business analysis support during software development, testing, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from various teams.
• Support data migration processes and ensure accuracy of data transfer.

Job Requirements:

• At least four years of significant experience as a Business Analyst within the life assurance industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Proven experience in delivering business improvements and efficiencies.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and report writing skills.
• Holding or working towards a professional qualification, such as the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
