Job Duties:
- Manage a variety of conveyancing cases, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide expert legal advice on property transactions to clients, including sales, purchases, and transfers.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and agreements related to conveyancing.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to facilitate the smooth progression of cases.
- Conduct property searches, due diligence, and verification of legal documentation.
- Handle complex conveyancing matters and resolve issues proactively to safeguard clients' interests.
- Maintain accurate records and keep clients informed of case progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, offering support and sharing knowledge to enhance the team's overall service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Advocate or Solicitor with experience in conveyancing, or a qualified Conveyancer with extensive experience.
- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely case management.
- Ability to work independently and think creatively to find solutions for clients.
- Proven track record of handling a diverse caseload effectively.
- Experience using legal case management software is desirable but not essential.
