Job Duties:
- Handle a diverse range of conveyancing cases, including residential and commercial property transactions.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to sales, purchases, transfers, and leases.
- Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to ensure all legal requirements are met.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
- Provide expert legal advice and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during transactions, using a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records for all cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives and share knowledge to improve service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer with a strong background in property law.
- Excellent understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal requirements for property transactions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality service.
- Ability to think creatively and find solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Experience using legal case management software is desirable but not essential.
