New Business Administrator x 2

Our client is seeking two New Business Administrators to provide exceptional support to financial advisers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the new business process. This full-time role involves producing accurate illustrations, offering guidance on Source of Wealth, Territory Decisions, KYC, and application processes, as well as processing new business applications efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Job Duties: 

  • Communicate effectively with financial advisers and internal stakeholders via telephone and written communication.
  • Produce detailed and accurate new business and single premium illustrations across all products.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on underwriting, special deals, Source of Wealth, and Territory Decisions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of application forms, KYC, and AML requirements.
  • Create and maintain client records within the workflow system throughout the pre-sale process.
  • Vet new applications and identify any additional requirements for individuals, trusts, pensions, and corporate clients.
  • Update systems upon receipt of outstanding documentation for pipeline applications.
  • Prepare issue checking by 3pm, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and manage incoming tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Identify problem areas and propose solutions where possible.
  • Accurately log and follow up on complaints and VODs in line with complaints procedures.


Job Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to draft clear and comprehensive letters and faxes.
  • Experience in a customer-facing administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy while meeting agreed service standards.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive telephone manner and strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, particularly AML and KYC requirements.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths.
