Product Marketing Technician

Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Technician to join their Product Marketing team on a permanent basis. This role supports the creation and maintenance of digital and written sales materials for various brands under the organisation's umbrella. The position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop marketing skills while contributing to the implementation of an international financial services company's marketing strategy. Support for Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications and career progression across the organisation is provided. 

Job Duties:

• Maintain existing product literature, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Create promotional materials, such as sales aids, brochures, and presentations, ensuring clarity and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop and manage servicing forms in both electronic and hard copy formats.
• Create and update product training materials for internal and external use.
• Maintain web-based content, utilise Google Analytics to track traffic, and manage the online product portfolio.
• Develop and promote key product messages across various social media platforms.
• Analyse competitor product offerings to inform marketing strategy.
• Respond to pre- and post-sales product-related queries.
• Assist in producing annual product reviews to meet regulatory obligations.

Job Requirements:

• Ideally two years’ experience in marketing or the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to workloads.
• Currently studying or willing to study for CIM qualifications.
