Mortgage Advisor

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor to provide expert advice and tailored mortgage solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will hold a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and have a strong background in mortgage advising. This role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring the best outcomes for clients while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Job Duties:

• Provide mortgage advice and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to facilitate mortgage transactions.
• Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and financial assessments.

Job Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse financial information and provide suitable recommendations.
• High attention to detail and commitment to client care.
