Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their Group Change Department on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio of projects across the organisation, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that align with strategic business goals.
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring business benefits are realised on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
- Deliver a range of project types, including new products, market entry, regulatory change, technology enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Oversee all aspects of project governance including planning, risk and issue management, and budget tracking
- Coordinate requirements analysis to ensure robust, value-driven business solutions
- Manage testing processes to deliver high-quality solutions in line with defined scope
- Provide regular, clear communication to stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition of project deliverables into business-as-usual environments
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the financial services sector
- Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, and risk/issue management
- Proven ability to manage large or multiple concurrent projects
- Skilled in building relationships across all levels of the organisation and with third-party providers
- Confident in facilitating meetings, presenting updates, and producing clear reports
- Comfortable managing change and supporting teams through transitions
- Working knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent methodologies
- Willingness to travel if required, including internationally
- Able to work independently or collaboratively as needed
