Senior Customer Services Administrator, New Business

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the New Business Team within the Customer Services Department on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on reviewing new business applications to ensure they meet internal quality standards and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer due diligence and experience with trust and corporate administration.

Job Duties:

  • Review new business applications to ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulatory standards
  • Ensure applications are accepted and processed in accordance with internal procedures
  • Liaise with Financial Advisers and clients to obtain outstanding documentation or information
  • Review trust and corporate documentation as part of the application approval process

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in life assurance, ideally within new business or trust and corporate administration
  • Strong understanding of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority’s Guidance Notes on AML and CTF
