Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Operations Assistant to join their team on the Isle of Man. Job Duties:
- Greet and assist all visitors to the Isle of Man office, managing visitor passes and arranging meeting rooms.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is welcoming and well-organised.
- Handle all incoming general calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Open and scan all incoming mail, providing daily reports to staff.
- Scan bank statements and reconciliations into the relevant system.
- Perform general photocopying, scanning, filing, and binding tasks.
- Set up and maintain files for new business, ensuring accuracy and organisation.
- Manage and organise internal and external training sessions, coordinating with relevant parties.
- Handle deliveries and couriers, ensuring timely and secure processing.
- Assist staff with travel bookings as needed.
- Oversee office supplies, including refreshments and stationary.
- Support with compliance and regulatory matters and complete annual audits as required.
Job Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using management reporting tools and systems, particularly Excel.
