Our client, a well-established legal general practice with a strong reputation in the areas of family, property, commercial, private client, and litigation, is seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Property Lawyer to lead their thriving Property Department. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a key department within a respected firm. The position welcomes applications from UK qualified solicitors willing to qualify under Manx law.

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the Property Department, ensuring high standards and operational efficiency.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, and training of newly appointed conveyancers.
• Strategically allocate work across the team to optimise performance.
• Drive business development initiatives to promote the firm’s property services.
