Marketing Executive

Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their creative team, responsible for the effective operation of the marketing function across various member firms. Reporting to the Senior Partner, the Marketing Executive will primarily focus on content marketing and brand compliance. This is a full-time position, operating from 9:00 am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday, with no option for home or hybrid working. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing digital marketing initiatives, including the development and maintenance of websites, and will engage with external consultants as necessary. With a deep understanding of social platforms, the Executive will be tasked with writing high-quality SEO content and leading keyword research efforts to optimise existing material. Furthermore, the position involves producing a range of content, from short posts to long-form articles and infographics, aimed at captivating the target audience. Effective internal communication and relationship management with press, designers, and advertisers are also key responsibilities for this role.

Job Duties:

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives and website maintenance
  • Write high-quality SEO content and lead keyword research
  • Produce diverse content, including posts, articles, reports, videos, and infographics
  • Create and manage internal marketing and communications
  • Liaise with team members on editorial pieces
  • Foster relationships with press, external designers, advertisers, and printers
  • Assist with key events based in the Isle of Man
  • Manage the production and inventory of branded stationery
  • Identify PR and social media opportunities
  • Adhere to branding guidelines and ensure compliance with firm policies
  • Operate within the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills across all levels and channels
  • Understanding of marketing within a commercial context
  • Confidence and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the media landscape, particularly the firm's role on the island
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing within a corporate setting
  • Ability to develop multichannel marketing strategies
  • Experience in creating various content types such as videos, guides, and blogs
  • Working towards or considering a marketing qualification
