The Onboarding team collaborates with Business Development, Risk, and Compliance colleagues to ensure that all processes adhere to internal and regulatory policies. This role is crucial in delivering efficient service while maintaining compliance and mitigating risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the account opening process, which includes vetting individual, corporate, trusts, and complex structures with minimal oversight. A strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy are essential to succeed in this results-driven role. The candidate will also be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and control effectiveness within the team.
