A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a commercial health business on a permanent full-time basis. The Business-to-Business Client Services Coordinator will join a busy account management team in a key role, undertaking a variety of duties, communicating with both existing and new customers via various channels. The primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service and outcomes to customers. You will also undertake a variety of duties to ensure effective dealings with customers and queries and workloads are shared across the team to ensure efficient working and variety as well as effective cover. Full training will be provided.
