Lawyer

Our client seeks a skilled Lawyer to support Partners, Consultants, and Senior Associates in handling litigation and alternative dispute resolution. The focus will be on fiduciary, banking, and funds sector cases, alongside regulatory and insolvency advice.

Job Duties:

• Assist in managing complex, high-value commercial disputes under supervision.
• Act as a client point of contact as required.
• Serve as a liaison with the Court when necessary.
• Delegate and supervise tasks assigned to support staff.
• Report to and coordinate with senior team members and supervising partners.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote the team’s and firm’s services.

Job Requirements:

• 3-6 years PQE with relevant experience in commercial litigation, particularly in insolvency, regulation, or trusts/funds litigation.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
• High standard of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
