Our client is offering a rare opportunity to join their conveyancing team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of three years' experience in conveyancing, looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. Strong communication and organisational skills will be essential for success in this position.
Job Duties:
- Assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
- Prepare and manage documentation for property sales and purchases
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals
- Conduct relevant property searches and due diligence
- Maintain and update case management systems and client records
- Ensure all files are managed in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team as required
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
