Conveyancer

Our client is offering a rare opportunity to join their conveyancing team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of three years' experience in conveyancing, looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. Strong communication and organisational skills will be essential for success in this position.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
  • Prepare and manage documentation for property sales and purchases
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals
  • Conduct relevant property searches and due diligence
  • Maintain and update case management systems and client records
  • Ensure all files are managed in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team as required

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and a professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
