Senior Trust & Company Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust & Company Administrator to manage a portfolio of trust and company structures. This full-time role involves direct client and intermediary contact, ensuring the administration of trust and company structures is handled with precision and expertise. The successful candidate will bring a thorough understanding of fiduciary structures, trust, and company law, along with a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships with key clients, introducers, and intermediaries. Job Duties: 

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day trust and company administration for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain direct client and intermediary contact, both written and verbal.
  • Utilise working knowledge of trust and company accounts to manage structures effectively.
  • Produce minutes and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, introducers, and intermediaries.
  • Complete administration tasks within assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work within strict deadlines.
  • Consideration of tax and legal implications of transactions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of complex fiduciary structures.
  • Demonstrable robust communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven to progress within the role.
  • Ability to accurately complete detailed technical work.
  • Self-motivated with a structured approach to work.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data.
  • A team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A good understanding of trustee and director duties and responsibilities.
  • Excellent working knowledge of fiduciary structures.
  • A solid understanding of trust and company law.
  • Awareness of UK tax regulations is desirable and an understanding of the Isle of Man regulatory regime.

Job Requirements: 

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP) industry.
  • GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • A relevant qualification, such as STEP or Governance Institute (ICSA) or equivalent.
