Assistant Manager, Private Clients

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Private Client team, on a temporary basis, to provide a highly comprehensive company and trust administration service and advice and company management to clients and colleagues. You will liaise with clients on a regular basis providing technical advice as necessary in carrying out instructions or considering clients’ wishes, control and manage periodic accounts on a client portfolio, review clients’ investment portfolios, as well as prepare for and attend meetings with clients and directors. In addition, you will observe CDD and EDD at all times, assist with management of team’s financial matters and be responsible, at all times, to the directors.

In addition, you will deputise in the Senior Trust Manager’s absence, supervising the administration team and providing technical knowledge and support as well as chairing and managing the Trust Team meetings and timely dispatch of minutes.

Associate, Fiduciary Relationship Management x2

As an Associate you will assist with the management of fiduciary accounts under the management of the Private Client Fiduciary Services business, and will have a designated list of entities. You will be involved with complex and bespoke services provided to these entities with support, and may also be a point of contact for the client in relation to the fiduciary entities on the client’s portfolio. This 12 month temporary role would suit an individual studying towards, or who has completed a Category A or B level qualification under Jersey Financial Services Commission Regulations or Guernsey Financial Services Commission Codes of Practice, with proven industry experience in the fiduciary operations of trusts, companies, foundations and nomineeships.
