CDD Records Analyst - Jersey

Our client is seeking a CDD Records Analyst to join their team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 6 months, working between 25-35 hours per week. The role will involve ensuring that all our client’s Safe Custody records are reconciled to their client holdings. In addition, as part of this project you will remove the CDD and Safe Custody documents from the existing old legacy files and place in the new system currently being set up. The individual must be able to understand and identify core CDD/KYC and trust and company documentation and be able to use Excel. Trust Officer, Fiduciary - Guernsey

A leading corporate and fiduciary services fund administration and capital markers provider is seeking a temporary Trust Officer to join their team on a fixed term contract, ending 31st March 2022. Working within a small team, you will primarily deal with the exit of certain Trust and Company structures. The individual will be expected to follow the clients’ in-house procedures and will be required in some instances to liaise with clients and their advisors to ensure the smooth transfer, where necessary, as well as dealing with lawyers, liquidators etc., in order to arrange for the termination/dissolution/liquidation of some cases. A good technical knowledge is required along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The candidate should be a good communicator, have excellent organisational skills, pay attention to detail and be able to work independently and carry out research where necessary.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified Accountant or Lawyer or hold a strong history in CSP with a STEP qualification.
