One of the largest providers of fund, corporate and private client services in the market is seeking a Senior Trust Officer / Assistant Manager to join their busy team, on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave. You will be responsible for a complex portfolio of clients ensuring that a high level of service is given to clients in accordance with relevant mandates so that operational and fiduciary risk exposures are effectively. This role would suit an experienced and qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years' management practice of Trust and Fiduciary services including an understanding of business development, operational and financial activities.

The duties will be varied and will include assisting with the take-on of new business, client administration, preparing payments and trust and company minutes and resolutions, maintaining client records and being involved in project work. Whilst you will already have some relevant experience, working with a Trust Officer and the Client Services Director will give you a unique opportunity to acquire an in-depth knowledge of trust and company procedures. Support will also be provided should you wish to commence, or continue with, professional study. Candidates seeking full time, flexible or slightly reduced hours can be considered.
Within this 6 month temporary role you will take part in the day-to-day operation of the team, which administers a variety of entities and ensures that these meet all of the relevant regulatory requirements. Employee incentive schemes include such structures as employee share schemes, share trusts, defined contribution pension schemes, defined benefit pension schemes, bonus awards etc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years working experience within the Corporate Finance industry, specialising in Employee Incentive Services, with a strong client focus and excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
