A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator, to join our client’s Finance team, working full or part-time 25-30hrs p/w on a permanent basis, to administer the accounts payable procedure and assist in the production of financial reporting. You will maintain the purchase ledger, and prepare batches to input to the general ledger, ensure the recording and distribution of invoices received to obtain the appropriate management authorisation and enabling the settlement of invoices by Faster payments or banking instruction. The key purposes of this role include preparing financial statements for client companies, reviewing financial statements prepared by client accountant / bookkeeper, assisting with project to transition client accounting records from VT to NAV One, as well as assisting the Group Financial Controller with internal accounting requirements; e.g. monthly management accounts.
