Finance Assistant

As a Finance Assistant within the cash office you will accurately record daily, weekly and monthly reports, provide daily cash, voucher and service lines handling, prepare reconciliations including amongst others cash, stock, discounts, waste and freight. You will also assist in the preparation of orders and returns, and general office administration duties. Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable for this role and excellent numeracy skills are essential. Client Reporting Accountant

Do you have a minimum of three years’ experience of prepping finance statements? Do you have excellent knowledge of double entry bookkeeping? If so, our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their account's team to act as a temporary Client Reporting Accountant, for a period of 3 months. The key purpose of this role is to assist with the preparation of financial statements and other client reporting in an accurate and timely manner. Role responsibilities will include liaising with administrators and clients on accounting matters in order to resolve any queries, assisting in setting up new client ledgers and the maintenance of existing ledgers, maintaining various spreadsheets, and bookkeeping when necessary.

Finance Contractor

Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant to join their busy Group Finance Team, on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months, commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have previous experience of a Group Finance Business Partner type role, be experienced in the use of Navision, and running reports alongside IT Systems Specialists within a test environment.  

Purchase Ledger & Accounts Administrator

Our client is seeking an individual with at least 2 years’ relevant purchase ledger and accounts administration experience in a similar role, to join their team on a 12 months temporary basis. You will provide accurate and timely accounting and administrative support to the Finance Team, processing and posting business transactions to the accounting ledgers, and collating and providing ad-hoc information as required to support the day-to-day operations of the Department. If you are a good team player with an enthusiastic, positive and flexible approach, and have excellent communication skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, then our client would love to hear from you!

Financial Planning Analyst

As a Financial Planning Analyst you will lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting and 3 year planning processes. You will also be responsible for the management and development of the financial systems including structure, set ups and controls in conjunction with Head Office, the establishment, implementation and monitoring / control of operations and management KPIs, partnering with the business to understand the drivers of performance and identify revenue, cost, saving and operational efficiency opportunities. This role would suit a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 2 or more years PQE, who is commercial astute, and a strategic thinking with sound judgement, excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills. 

Business Migration Specialist

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant / Financial Reporting Manager who is part / full professionally qualified (ACCA or ACA) to join their team on a temporary basis, for a period of at least 6 months, to act as a Business Migration Specialist! You will play a key role in the migration and reconciliation of data from one system to another as well as in maintaining the core system offering. Your key duties will include attending planning and set up meetings, reviewing and updating accounting entries, mapping of general ledgers and transaction types, analysing historical accounting data and preparing calculation of investor allocation rules, as well as preparing and reconciling transactional data imports based on outputs.

This role would suit a qualified accountant with experience in accounts prep, group consolidation preferably.

You will be responsible for the running the mini-accounts closedown and final accounts process for the year end, day to day responsibility for the balance sheet, maintenance of the capital asset register, managing provisions, bad debts, write-offs, liaising with Financial Management to understand and agree actions on manual debtors and creditors as well as managing audit reviews including following up and recommendations with senior managers.
