This is an exciting new permanent, full-time opportunity for an individual to carry out routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager. You will manage the bookkeeping for a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures as well as liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary, whilst dealing with the preparation and reconciliation of periodic direct and indirect tax returns. The successful candidate will be part qualified with a relevant professional qualification (preferably having commenced ACCA Professional level or ACA Advanced level), have previous industry experience and strong financial services experience.

In this new and exciting role you will carry out routine day-to-day administration on a limited portfolio of Fund structures under the direction of the Senior Client Relationship Manager. Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, ensure accurate investor records are maintained and process all investor changes/ transfers are completed, ensure staff are trained on electronic banking systems and assist with the opening of new bank accounts. The successful candidate will be part-qualified with a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Diploma level or equivalent), have strong financial services experience and good computer literacy. If you have previous experience in real estate structures this will be advantageous.
