Duties will include but not be limited to coordinating operational matters, preparing and reviewing funds flows for all transaction types, coordinating restructuring projects and coordinating legal, tax and other professional advice relating to deal execution. The individual must have a professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/Legal/ICSA or similar) and at least 5 years’ industry experience in a relevant industry, Private Equity being advantageous.
