In this role you will obtain approval from the relevant members of the loan notes’ Investment Committee for each loan sale / purchase after calculating the projected exposure to the borrower and checking the impact of the transaction on any relevant Investment Restrictions for the note. You will also reconcile expected entries versus the actual bank statements when transactions settle and loan notes receive interest payments from serviced loans. Candidates must have good technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel including PIVOT tables and formulae and excellent communication skills.
