Temporary Investment Administrator - until the end of 2026

Our client currently has a fixed-term contract available within their Investment Management Department for an Investment Administrator until the end of 2026. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the ongoing administration of externally managed customer portfolios. Reporting to the 3rd Party Team Manager, key responsibilities include account opening and closures, ensuring that all relevant documentation and agreements are completed. The role also entails processing all cash transfers between third parties and the company in line with customer requests and the identification, investigation, and resolution of third party and customer queries. Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders and supporting other team members are essential duties for this position.
